Dr P, we have to live a dynamic life... day-to-day decisions for menu making! but would we get the raw materials?

It’s actually not a day-to-day menu planning. It sounds too complicated and cumbersome to hear at first but actually this customization is so easy that it can happen effortlessly if one could get the broad wisdom and logic and that is not too difficult.

4

What is the ideal menu for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner. As per doctor's explanation, will there be different items for each Ritu?

It's not too dynamic though. Our ancestors, even if they were illiterates could follow that so effortlessly. We have to incorporate our cultural and traditional food styles that gel with our taste preferences. Consideration of reasons and seasons makes it more suitable.

There is a general impression that Veg food is healthier and safer than nonveg food Does Shastra allow to consume Non Veg food in our regular diet?

Every food has its positive and negative effect. More so the effect is modified by other factors of how we process it, when we consume it, how much we consume it, and so on. Even the best of the best food can be unhealthy if consumed in the wrong way/in wrong quantity/ wrong combinations and wrong season. Hundreds of examples can be quoted on these lines. As the shastra is inclusive for every human being on earth, there are nonvegetarian food references in almost all seasons but the shastra is not promoting non-vegetarianism, nor does it speak about vegetarian food having an edge over non veg.

How much sweets can be consumed in a day if you like sweets. Are bengali sweets more safe as its, chena?
